Following our successful trip to Lancaster Golf Club and our recent 3-day golf trip to Mottram Hall in August, I would like to express our thanks for two excellent trips.  On both occasions the coach and drivers were first class, they arrived on time, all the drivers were helpful, kind and courteous.  They loaded and unloaded all our golf equipment and bags in a careful and efficient manner which was much appreciated by all our ladies.

I am just passing on a comment from the teachers who accompanied our children to the MEN yesterday.  They said how lovely the coach driver was and he waited with them until the last child was picked up from school.  Could you please pass on our thanks to him.

One of my students has praised Steve for his friendly and caring manner. He is polite to everyone, greet people by their name and remember conversations they have had and follows them up. She discussed that he is a highlight of the day as it makes her and others feel valued. He wishes them all a good day and motivates them to do well.

 

He has shown kindness by waiting a minute for a few student running for the bus and always is on time.

 

My student has had a hard adjustment to college and she feels the kindness of Steve has really helped her personally but also has created a very bonded bus – which has helped her too.

 

Her actual quote is that “Steve is a proper legend!”.

 

What lovely praise – I hope this can be passed on.

After what became a disappointing turn out for us with all the hype about the weather, the day itself was extremely enjoyable and all who did make the effort to come along had a toughly good time.
